It could be time to switch that ISA

Tony Ahearne, at online fund performance
analyst, moneyspider.com says thousands of investors in some
of the UK's biggest and most popular funds saw their funds plunge
in value by 20% plus over the past year.
'If you happen to be in the Rathbone
Special Situations fund - very popular with the 'Joe Average'
investor - you are looking at losses of 25% over the last year,'
he said.
Moneyspider charts show that even
star funds like Invesco Perpetual High Income lost about 7% of their
value in the last year.
