Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice has been given that the General Meeting of the company will be held on the 15th December 2009 at 12pm at the offices of Millers Assoiciates Limited, 4th Floor, 36 Spital Square, London E1 6DY.

All shareholders have been mailed, on Monday 9th November 2009, AGM packs confirming the details and enclosing proxy voting forms. All Proxy Forms must be lodged at the company's registered office: Court One, Challenge Road, Ashford, Middlesex TW15 1AX no later than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting.
